WARRANTY POLICY
Nal Neel ensures a seamless warranty experience for its Kitchen & Bathroom Fittings. This warranty is applicable exclusively to the original purchaser for personal household use at the original installation location. It is non-transferable and does not extend to subsequent owners or locations.
Warranty Activation & Claim Process
- The warranty begins from the date of invoice and can be claimed using a valid proof of purchase (invoice), registered mobile number, or order ID.

To initiate a claim, customers must submit the following via Email or WhatsApp:
- Proof of Purchase (Invoice)
- Order ID
- Registered Mobile Number
- Clear images and a video showcasing the product’s malfunction
- Upon submission, our support team will respond within 24–48 hours to guide you through the resolution process.
Replacement Terms
- Nal Neel only provides replacements for defective parts/products under warranty; refunds will not be issued if a customer refuses a replacement.
- If a product requires full replacement, the same model will be provided. If discontinued, a product of equivalent value will be offered.
- Defective parts/products will be shipped via courier, and faulty items will be collected in the same manner.
- Onsite service is not provided; however, our technical team will assist via voice or video call.
- Nal Neel will bear the cost of any damage incurred during shipment of the product to the customer.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damages, defects, or malfunctions resulting from:
- Negligence & Improper Use: Faulty installation, careless handling, accidental damage, or exposure to hard water, corrosive materials, and mineral deposits.
- Unauthorized Modifications & Repairs: Any alterations or repairs not approved by Nal Neel.
- Improper Maintenance & Cleaning: Use of abrasive cleansers, bleach, ammonia, acids, or steel wool.
- Environmental & External Factors: Exposure to harsh conditions such as heat, water pressure issues, rodents, or pests.
- Normal Wear & Tear: Corrosion, rusting, or natural degradation over time.
- Failure to Follow Usage Conditions: Non-compliance with recommended operating conditions.
- Lack of Maintenance: Debris accumulation, clogging, or failure to clean.
- Excluded Components: Washers, rubbers, cartridges, and other plastic items.
- Purchase & Proof Issues: Missing invoice, order ID, or registered mobile number.
- Service & Labor Exclusions: Does not cover removal, reinstallation, or servicing charges.
- Incidental or Consequential Losses: Delays, property damage, or additional costs.
- Warranty Period Expiry: Coverage ends after the specified duration.
Limitation of Liability
- NAL NEEL is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
- This warranty does not cover labor charges.
- Liability is limited to replacement of defective parts within warranty period.
Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
- Both parties must first attempt resolution through mediation.
- All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
