Return policy
Your refund will be credited to your account within 7 days of return pickup.
Refunds go to your original payment method. Bank and provider processing times may vary (Razorpay normally takes 5 to 7 working days).
Free returns for seven days
Request a return within seven days of delivery. Pickup is free for you; Nalneel pays for the reverse shipment.
What can be returned
- Items that are unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging, if you changed your mind.
- Items that arrived damaged, are defective, or are not what you ordered. These do not need to be unused.
How it works
- Open My Orders and choose the items and quantities you want to return. Partial returns are fine, and you can request the remaining units later.
- Tell us the reason and add details. Nalneel reviews every request before any pickup is arranged.
- Once approved, a free pickup is booked and recorded on your order.
- After pickup, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 7 days.
Guest orders
Orders placed as a guest appear in My Orders once you sign in with an account whose verified email matches the email used at checkout.
